Today the leaseholders received an update on the roof works project from Pinnacle and the Directors:
3 Months since monies paid
…..and all we’ve had back is a “Thanks for sending the money”.
This is becoming more serious by the day.
October ends…
As October draws to a close, we’ve not had any further updates from Pinnacle or the BCRTM Directors.
Rumor has it that the project won’t be starting this side of Christmas which is a real shame but not unexpected.
On a side note: Info regarding the possible install of sun pipes and kitchen & bathroom ventilation has been limited, I wonder if any one has any further information on these?
Fingers crossed for more info from the powers that be soon.

On 9/9/21 an email was sent out in reference to finding finance for the project, this was to assist any owner

Today (15/10/2021), all leaseholders received two bits of information from Pinnacle & the BCRTM Directors; The meeting notes from the meeting held on 27/07/2021 and a letter of acknowledgement and thanks to the leaseholders that have paid.

Hello!
I’ve decided to create a simple web page to help all Broadlands Court leaseholders and tenants, keep up to date with developments on the roof project.
The intention of the web page is to be completely factual and to assist ALL parties – Owners, Residents, Pinnacle staff, Surveyors, Contractors and any others involved with the project, with knowledge transfer. To keep us all in the loop and ‘on the same page’.
I must now get the boring stuff out the way: This is all completely of my own making. I am an owner in Broadlands Court but that’s where my involvement stops, I am not affiliated with any other party involved. This web site is purely for informational purposes regarding the roof works only.
